(1) Pay 500,000/- Kyats for 12 hours in a day and 50,000/- Kyats for one hour overtime each in shooting.

(2) Pay 100,000/- Kyats by taking the Photos with Still Camera per day.

(3) Pay 10,000/- Kyats for the two authority staff who are in charge of making the film or video.

(4) Start the action after paying the restrictive fees to the division concerned.

(5) The responsible person of the group of shooting must submit the complete documents including the sites of shooting and the subject unless the recommendation from Nay Pyi Taw.

(6) Not make the films and videos as well as take the photos on the pagodas and temples which are not permitted to enter.

(7) Not take the photos and use the flash in the antique pagodas and temples which are restricted.

(8) Be careful to take the photos in order to avoid destroying the pagodas, temples and ancient buildings.

(9) Not take the photos and videos in the museums.

(10) Be keep back the rubbishes.

(11) Not shoot to distract the local and foreign visitors.

(12) Not do the actions against Myanma Culture, Religious and Custom.

(13) Neither directly nor indirectly act anything affect on the monuments within the Cultural Heritage Regions.

(14) If the monuments destroy, pay the compensation to the concerning account.

(15) The shooting is only submitted film and places. If it takes other advertisements and enterprises, the penalty is double of the original charges for shooting.

(16) Commit or promise to obey deeply that the objection of the authority persons, local people and observers.

(17) Unless someone obeys the above-mentioned disciplines, pay the compensation the 50,000/- Kyats at least and more depends on the punishment.

(18) Sing the commitment letter for obeying the disciplines which are prohibited by Department of Ancient Research and National Museum.

(19) If someone does not obey the existing laws and regulations, he will be punished and prohibited the films/advertisements.
